By using our services, including Minute MMM, Comprehensive MMM, Channel Mix Optimization, and other data analytics solutions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Your access to and use of our services are conditioned on your acceptance of these terms.

2. Service Description

More Than Data provides various marketing analytics solutions, including but not limited to:

• Minute MMM – A self-service, DIY software that requires users to prepare and upload their own Excel files for Marketing Mix Modeling. The software processes the uploaded data to generate insights and models.
• Comprehensive MMM and Channel Mix Optimization – These services require clients to share their marketing data with us. Without client-provided data, we cannot deliver these solutions.
• Other Data Analytics Services – Any additional analytics solutions provided by More Than Data depend on data sourcing and sharing by the client.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful data for analysis.
• Ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or share data with us.
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We take data security seriously. When you use our services, your data is handled as follows:

• Minute MMM: 
  • Secure Access: Only authenticated users can access their own account.
  • Encrypted Transmission: Data is encrypted during upload and transfer.
  • Temporary Storage: Uploaded data is only stored temporarily for processing and is automatically deleted when the session ends (upon logout, browser closure, or software shutdown).
  • No Data Retention: We do not store or retain user-uploaded data beyond the session.
• Comprehensive MMM, Channel Mix Optimization, and Other Analytics Services:
  • Client-Provided Data: These services rely on clients sharing and exchanging data with us. Without such data, we cannot deliver insights or models.
  • Data Processing: Any shared data is used strictly for analytical purposes as agreed upon with the client.
  • Secure Handling: We follow strict security measures to protect client data during processing.

5. Intellectual Property

More Than Data owns all intellectual property rights related to Minute MMM, Comprehensive MMM, Channel Mix Optimization, and other analytics solutions, including software, algorithms, and branding.

You retain ownership of the data you upload or share, but you grant More Than Data a limited license to process it solely for generating your requested models and insights.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is," and while we strive for accuracy and high-quality insights, we do not guarantee that the models or results will be error-free or meet all expectations. More Than Data is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
