Welcome to More Than Data. By accessing or using our products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Our Services
We provide analytics tools and insights, including:
- Minute MMM & Budget Optimizer – self-service tools for marketing mix modelling.
- Managed Services – Data Automation, Comprehensive MMM, Omnichannel Optimization, and more.
- No Win, No Pay – for eligible agency engagements; fees refunded if conditions are met.
Important: Our tools provide data-driven insights and guidance to support your marketing decisions. While we strive for accuracy, results and outcomes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, including financial, marketing, or business outcomes.
2. Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful, and authorized data.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Understand that all business decisions based on our insights are your responsibility.
- Use our services only for lawful and authorized purposes.
3. Data Privacy & Security
- Self-Service Tools: Data is encrypted during transfer and deleted after your session. No long-term retention.
- Managed Services: Client data is used only for agreed analytical purposes and is handled securely.
- Third-Party Data: More Than Data is not responsible for inaccuracies or incompleteness of data uploaded from third-party sources.

4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Services are billed via invoice, payable by bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods.
- Clients are responsible for paying invoices on time. Services may be suspended if payment is overdue.
- Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis; clients may cancel at any time. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except as explicitly stated (e.g., No Win, No Pay).
- You are responsible for any taxes or fees related to your payment.
- We may update billing methods in the future, and will notify clients of changes.
5. Intellectual Property
- More Than Data owns all software, algorithms, trademarks, and materials used in services.
- Clients retain ownership of their data but grant us a limited license to use it strictly for generating insights and delivering services.
- We may use anonymized or aggregated data for research, product development, or benchmarking purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantee
- No Guarantee of Results: Our services provide insights and recommendations; outcomes depend on the users’ and clients’ data as well as multiple factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific marketing, financial, or business results.
- Financial Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for decisions based on our insights. More Than Data is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or investment losses.
- The No Win, No Pay program (Section 1) is an exception: liability is limited to the refund of initial setup fees under the stated conditions.
7. Termination
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breaches of these terms, misuse, or illegal activities.
- Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time. If a client cancels, already paid fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Upon termination, client data will be handled according to our privacy and security policies, including deletion of temporary data.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
- These terms are governed by New South Wales, Australia law.
- Any disputes will first be handled via negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
9. Changes to Terms
- More Than Data may update these Terms from time to time.
- Clients will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
